BOOKING HOLIDAY PACKAGES OR OTHER SERVICES

MYTRIPNAVIGATOR provides services including holiday package bookings and car reservations, available both online and offline. You can book your travel arrangements through our website: https://www.mytripnavigator.com.

To complete a booking, you will be required to submit personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and communication address. By providing such personal information, you consent to its collection and use in accordance with the Privacy Policy of www.mytripnavigator.com. We strongly recommend that you read the Privacy Policy thoroughly before submitting any personal information.

CONFIRMATION

To confirm a booking, you must have authorization from all individuals named in the booking, including parental or guardian consent for those under 18. By making a booking, you confirm that all individuals named have accepted the Terms and Conditions and that you will convey all relevant details to them. Once your booking is confirmed, you are responsible for ensuring all payments are made.

Upon confirmation, you will receive an email with a reference number, which can be used to check your booking status. Full payment is required before check-in, and guests must present the e-voucher along with valid identification. MYTRIPNAVIGATOR is not responsible for any cancellations or denied entries resulting from failure to produce a valid ID.

In rare cases of non-availability of rooms due to technical or other reasons, we will notify you and provide alternative accommodation or a credit voucher valid for one year, as per your preference.

Please note, calls to MYTRIPNAVIGATOR regarding bookings may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes, and in the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to review these recordings.

CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT, AND REFUND POLICY

To modify or cancel your confirmed booking, please send an email to the address from which your sales proposal was sent, including your booking reference ID and the mobile number provided at the time of booking. Cancellations or modifications will not be processed over the phone and will only be accepted via email. Amendments are subject to availability and, if unavailable, will be treated as cancellations.

SECTION A - IF YOU CANCEL

If you need to cancel your confirmed trip, the following rules apply, and postponements may be considered without additional charges within three months, subject to partner consent. This option is available only if cancellation occurs at least one month before the trip start date. Alternatively, the trip can be transferred to family or friends.

Note: Individual hotel cancellation policies may supersede the above policy.

SECTION B - FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, such as natural calamities, disasters, or man-made events like riots or strikes, we may consider postponement for up to three months if the cause persists for 15 days or less, subject to partner consent. This credit is transferable but not refundable.

SECTION C - IN CASE OF PANDEMIC

If travel restrictions are imposed due to a pandemic, trips can be postponed for up to 30 days from the withdrawal of such restrictions, subject to partner consent. The credit is transferable but not refundable, and extension is at MYTRIPNAVIGATOR's discretion.

REFUND POLICY

Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your cancellation request to the address from which your sales proposal was sent, including your booking reference ID, mobile number, and bank details. Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 5-7 business days. No cash refunds will be issued.

MYTRIPNAVIGATOR reserves the right to amend the cancellation, amendment, and refund policy without prior notice.
